 Can't tie it tightly? Be aware of sizes Jan 25, 2012

I normally wear medium size pants, but these were a bit loose for myself. I tried to tightening it with the string provided, but it seems restricted to a certain which feels to defeat the whole purpose of a string. I may be missing something? Anyone else having this problem?

I purchased two boardshorts from this brand (Alki'i) and they are excellent in terms of value, quality, fit & finish, and overall satisfaction. I wear a sz. 32 jeans and purchased the MEDIUM board short as per the sizing chart. They fit perfectly and the 1/2 (back) elastic waistband will help tailor the fit on all bodies! Highly recommended!

Great pattern... Just like picture... Shipped Quick... Wore today sailing and got sandy, covered in sea-grass, submerged in seawater and climbed on and off catamaran several times. When back on shore clean water shower rinsed them clean in no time. Great shorts.
